Everything we create is designed meticulously and always with function in mind.
From sourcing sustainable solid timber to delivery of your new furniture, we want you to enjoy every step of the process.

 

MATERIALS

Our starting point for any project is sourcing hardwoods.

We only source our materials from FSC and PEFC-certified UK sawmills and repurpose as much timber as possible. 

We do that by applying a 'blocking technique' which rectifies knots and flaws, allowing us to use wood that might otherwise have been discarded by the mainstream companies, and adding a unique signature feature to each piece.

The products we create are for everyone who appreciates the combination of natural, long-lasting materials and quality.

 

DESIGN

At Martelo and Mo, we have both our designers and craftsmen working together, and we manufacture everything in-house. 

 

We work off bespoke drawings and briefs alongside our furniture collection, from small quantities and one-off items to larger projects. 

 

Whether you're looking to order one of our collection pieces or need us to design and customise one for you, we offer bespoke design drawings based on your specifications.
